Admissions

On admission, please bring a valid ID, your insurance card (if applicable), and any referral letters. Our admissions desk is open 24/7 for emergency admissions.

Discharge

Your care team will provide a discharge summary, prescriptions, and follow-up instructions. Please settle any outstanding bills at the finance office before leaving.

Billing

We accept cash, M-Pesa, card payments, and direct billing through our insurance partners. Speak to our billing office for a detailed cost estimate before elective procedures.

Visitor Information

General visiting hours are 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM daily. ICU and maternity wards have restricted visiting hours -- please check with ward staff.
